Happiness Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of Glassery's products. If you're not, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund. 

If you wish to return an item, we provide free shipping. Message us at sales@glassery.com, and we will provide a label.

Please note that we can accept only unused items for return.

 

If a Product Arrives Broken

We take pride in the the quality and durability of our glass storage jars, glass carafes, glass straws, and other glassware, and we take great care in packaging for shipment. Accidents do happen, however. If your product arrives broken, please:

1. Don't return the pieces. Dispose of them safely.

2. If possible, email a photo of the broken product and the the box to us at sales@glassery.com. Include a note telling us whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.

We do not rent or sell use your personal information.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties.

We do not save your credit card information.

We send marketing emails only once in a blue moon, and then only if you gave us permission to do so at time of checkout.
